Enersis Team through its integrated asset management model manages each project using independent and autonomous approach acting on behalf of the owner considering the framework and guidelines agreed between the parties.
This business model has been improved over the past 21 years as it has been the Enersis model since the beginning. The model is supported by contracts between the Project SPV and the service provider in order to ensure that all necessities are covered, project needs are met and the contractual framework promotes increase in performance and compliance with best practices.
